What you need to get started
The quality of what you get back is directly proportional to the quality of context you provide. I can’t read your mind, so the more clearly you describe your situation, the more valuable my feedback will be.
Files
I need the spreadsheet you want me to review. If you can’t include the source data, I’ll at least need to see your presentation layer and screenshots of the sheet structure or columns/header schemas and a dummy-data sample row.
Brand style guide, design guidelines, design samples or an example of the look/feel you want to achieve. The bare minimum is your color palette, logo and at least one visual example of your brand’s style. PPT templates are a great option as a design reference.
Anything and everything else you think will help me understand what you need. It’s better to send too much than too little.

Any context about how you and your team are using Excel, how your file functions, and any related issues/constraints
Who is your audience? What are their needs and priorities. Tell me everything.
What decision/action do you want the audience to take?
What are you trying to communicate in one sentence?
What’s frustrating/confusing today? (your biggest pain point)
What does “success” look like?
Where the data comes from + refresh cadence (if relevant)
What else did I not ask for that you think I need to know?
